Caritas staff were invited to send their best photo of 2008. Out of 60 entries, we picked a winner and two runners up.

The winner: Jenny Wells/Caritas Australia and Caroline Brennan/CRS. Jenny and Caroline worked on a join communications trip to Afghanistan, where they shared equipment. They've decided to also share the credit on this photo.
