Michel Roy is the Secretary General of Caritas Internationalis. Previously, he was the director of the international lobbying and advocacy department at Secours Catholique (Caritas France). He has a wide background of expertise on humanitarian and development work. He speaks French, Spanish, Italian and English.
Patrick Nicholson is Director of Communications at Caritas Internationalis. He focuses on disasters and conflict, food and climate change, HIV and health, migration and trafficking, development and general issues around the operations of Caritas around the world.
Fr. Pierre Cibambo Ntakobajira is the Ecclesiastical Assistant for the Caritas confederation and the International Liaison officer for Africa. Fr. Cibambo is a priest from Bukavu in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is trained in religious studies, socio-economic policies, project management, community development, and peacebuilding. He speaks French, English, Italian, and Kiswahili.
Martina Liebsch is the Policy and Advocacy Director at Caritas Internationalis. She covers migration, food security, climate change, counter trafficking and sustainable development. She is also the focal point on Latin America and the Caribbean. She speaks German, Italian, French, English and Spanish.
Rev. Msgr. Robert J. Vitillo works for Caritas Internationalis as both Head of Delegation to the United Nations in Geneva and Special Advisor on HIV/AIDS and Health. Msgr. Vitillo is a trained social worker and psychotherapist. His expertise includes: child protection and social services, adoption, migration and refugee services, human rights, integral human development, management, HIV/AIDS and health. He speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.
Joseph Cornelius Donnelly is the Head of Delegatation for Caritas Internationalis office at the United Nations in New York, where he works closely with the Security Council, especially regarding major crises such as in Central Africa and the Middle East, and on peacebuilding. He holds a key role with Millennium Development Goals and the Post 2015 Development Agenda.
