Please help the Philippines Typhoon survivors
The deadly Philippines typhoon has caused extensive damage and disruption.
Typhoon Mangkhut (locally named Ompong) traveled across the Philippines on 14 and 15 September. It affected more that 270,000 people in 30 provinces as the storm damaged houses and crops.
Caritas assessment teams say that people urgently need food. After the storm has passed people will also need help to restore their livelihoods. Staff in the Philippines are already working with affected families by giving out emergency food packs.
