On the road to Global Action Week
OCTOBER 2023
In the second year of our Together We campaign, Caritas aims to mobilise new or pre-existing spaces for dialogue, listening and participatory action, which we call Communities of Care.
Join us in promoting our campaign! Discover the comprehensive guidebook “Our Common Home” that empowers individuals and communities to address urgent environmental challenges and create a sustainable, socially just future. Through our campaign, you’ll explore seven inspiring stories from Caritas Communities of Care worldwide.
Communities of Care
In all countries where Caritas is present, Communities of Care engage and empower people to be change makers in their local communities with a view to promoting integral ecology as inspired by the teachings of Fratelli Tutti and Laudato Si’.
Made up of parishioners, diocesan representatives, youth and community members, the Communities of Care commits to take action at all levels to care for our planet and to care for the poor.
